clean room comfortable beds helpful staff
i appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. the nearby trams offered quick access to the downtown area. the hotel staff was friendly and also helpful! the fulfilling breakfast had a nice variety.
I found the paid parking to be expensive. I had to park some distance away, this was inconvenient, though the rest of my stay was great.

The staff at reception answered every question so kindly! the hotel itself is beautiful, and i loved that it's close to a market. Plus, there's a gym nearby! i loved the amazing breakfast options. It really set me up for the day. i even found a nice pizzeria right next to the hotel, and a convenient tram stop was super close!
The room didn't have coffee or tea facilities. That would have been very convenient.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good (especially the rolls). The staff was nice and helpful . I appreciated the proximity to the tram stop for easy access to the city.
I noticed the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bathroom were empty. This was a minor inconvenience . I notified the front desk at checkout.

The hotel's location was a real win! it was super close to the historic city center. I explored everything with ease. my room was really spacious and clean, which i appreciated a lot. the breakfast buffet was very nice, with so many fresh, local choices. the staff was always smiling and ready to help!
The room was very small, and the beds were a bit too tiny. I wish there was more space!
